Building Information

Durfee Hall, the only all-male residence hall on campus, has 46 rooms and can house 92 students. It was built in 1950 and named in honor of Winifred Durfee.

Room Features

  • The average sized room is 15'8" x 10'5", Height: 8'7"
  • Beds can be bunked and/or lofted (bed safety rail provided)
  • Carpeted floors
  • Window blinds
  • Closet, 62" wide by 26" deep, 104" total height 

Furniture Provided

  • Two extra long twin beds (80-inch mattress), bunked or lofted. There is 33" of height under the bed when half lofted
  • Dresser: 28" tall (will fit under a half-lofted bed), three to four drawers size 32" x 19"
  • Two Desks —  42" x 24"
  • Two Desk chairs

Durfee Hall has a game room with a pool table and ping-pong table, TV lounge, kitchen area and a computer lab with two computers on each floor. The basement features one of two bike storage rooms, a laundry room and a large study room.

The offices for Computing & Information Technology (CIT) are also located in this building.
